HDD是指硬盘驱动器、硬盘接口。是硬盘与主机系统之间联接部分，功效是在硬盘缓存和主机内存中间传输数据。任职要求
Responsibilities-Follow company rules and procedures;Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or electric engineering;-At least 3 years Manufacturing working experience in foreign joint electrical factory, HDD Industry and clean room working experience are preferred;-Fluent with English & Communication; Familiar with MRP or ERR, Good computer skills;-Good management and coordination skills for operators’ management and problem solving;-Good understand of lean Production and TPS; Good quality control concept, familiar with ISO9000, SPC, QCC and TOM, fluent using seven quality tools.

岗位职责:
-Control the production to achieve quality/quantity/WIP target;-Support and provide an advice to under assigned personnel;-Solve the problem and adjust appropriate working to under assigned personnel;-Cooperate with other department;-Have a good moral and keep good working environment;-Report the process/occurred problem to Manufacturing Manager;-Pre-Evaluate working performance of under assigned personnel and provide any recommendation;-Perform tasks assigned by Manufacturing Manager
